WHERE DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS TO?
WE SHIP ALL PRODUCTS NATIONWIDE (in the 48 Contiguous States) including hoops, court tiles, netting, batting cages and more.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
We do not currently ship outside of the 48 Contiguous States.
I WOULD LIKE MY DRIVEWAY STRIPED WITH HIGH SCHOOL REGULATION BASKETBALL LINES, CAN YOU HELP ME?
LINE PAINTING IS AWESOME! We are currently servicing the following areas:
New York / New Jersey / Connecticut / and parts of Pennsylvania
Austin, Texas / Houston, Texas
However, we are in the process of opening locations in other states as well.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most Ironclad and First Team items ship out within 2-3 business days direct from our manufacturers. Other items can take longer.
For specialty and customized orders, shipping times will vary. Please contact us to confirm when your order will ship.
Shipping Times do vary based on where you are located. Generally, shipping/freight times range from 4-7 business days.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order ships from the manufacturer tracking information will be emailed to you.

My Backyard Sports takes privacy very seriously. We do not share your information with any other companies or contact you for any other reason other than your inquiry, order, or promotions related to our company and offerings.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY:
Basketball Goals and products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the specific manufacturer's policies on each item. If you need assistance locating this, simply email us.
DO YOU HAVE INSTALLATION MANUALS YOU CAN SEND ME?
For instructions on installing your Hoop, simply email us and we will provide you with links to access the information.
WHAT IS YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY?
If for some reason you will need to cancel your order, please do so up to 24 hours. After 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel orders as they are generally being prepped for shipping at the warehouse or factory. Exchanges and upgrades may be accepted based on availability if they have not yet been scheduled for shipping. Cancellations that can be accommodated after 24 hours will incur a minimum fee of $50.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Orders accepted for returns must be unused, sealed and in the original shipping boxes and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
All merchandise returned to Seller is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee or the manufacturer restocking fee. This cost is passed on at the customer's cost.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and any shipping fees incurred by Seller for the initial shipment to the Customer; collect shipments will not be accepted. Free shipping only applies when the Customer keeps the merchandise.
The Refund will be processed after the merchandise arrives at Seller in its original packaging and brand new factory condition.
Any shipments returned to sender marked “Undeliverable”, or otherwise similar nature, are subject to a 20% restocking fee minus any shipping charges incurred by Seller for the initial shipment to the customer.
